Doing all the paperwork.      We do Bank reconciliations, Credit Card Statement Analysis, Receivables, Payables, Inventory,       If you use QuickBooks online we use your software and process everything through your system.      If not, we use our QuickBooks software that is a widely known Software package that covers all the major tasks such as;         a. Billing Customers        b. Inventory Management & Control        c. Paying Suppliers        d. Recording HST Charged to Customers & amounts charged to YOU by Suppliers when paying the CRA             i. A separate Excel report is provided that details all HST transactions that support HST payments        e. Providing All the reports you need to run your business.        f.  Payroll is via QuickBooks and an Extra charge per Month and per Employee - please ask for current pricing              i. This is billed to you at our cost with no Markup for the software or QuickBooks processing fees - you just pay for our time. OPTION 2.  Doing Some of your paperwork - YOUR CHOICE;      For Example you may already have QuickBooks and just want someone to help with items such as;         a. HST returns         b. Remittance of Payroll Deductions - See Payroll above.         c. Cash Flow;                 i. Getting money in quicker via Customer Collection calls                ii. Find better ways to get money in faster, e.g. Credit Cards, Factoring, Letters of Credit.               iii. Find a Lower Cost Credit Card Provider than who you use today               iv. Use QR Codes on Sales Invoices to get Customers to Pay Quicker.                v. Have QR Codes available on YOUR CELL PHONE for In-Person payments.               vi. Setup Automatic Recurring monthly Credit Card Payments from Customers.        d. Reduce costs - every dollar reduced INCREASES your bottom line.                i. Our fees will likely reduce the time your CPA takes to process your Tax return  so overall costs are likely lower.               ii. For Example, You may be missing some HST Eligible expenses and overpaying              iii. If QuickBooks is used for Credit Card Processing they are in the highest fee providers you can get.                    There are Cheaper ways. Ask for options that could save you up to 25% on Credit Card Processing Fees.              iv. Payroll Done Via QuickBooks is a Fee QuickBooks Charges (NOT US) on a Monthly and per Employee  basis. Please ask for QuickBook's current pricing or acquire it through QuickBook's Canada Website.      i. This is billed to you by QuickBooks for the software and/or QuickBooks processing fees. FEES There is an initial Fee to setup (first 30 minutes is FREE) and organize the structure of Bookkeeping and Accounting Services at the initial stage and an Account Fee charged monthly, quarterly or ONE-TIME fee to retain and securely store your records. Most Setups take about 30 Minutes or less depending on the industry (See REQUIREMENTS Page). We can set a limit on any project we work on so you can plan for our fees - we advise you when the limit is approaching with an estimate to complete. We can agree on a FIXED Rate on some items to cap costs. If we spend more time - we eat the difference. PLANNING We will ask;   1. Where are you today in your Business;   2. Where do you want to be;   3. When do you want to be there Then;   1. We Build the roadmap to make it happen.   2. We Get an agreement in writing so there are no misunderstandings, including the time needed to complete the tasks.   3. We GET IT DONE! This involves multiple aspects such as Market positioning, competitive advantage, and growth planning — without the jargon. Better Still; we introduce you to other professionals to help build your structure and deliver results, if needed. They will have their own fee structure in place that you can negotiate independently from us.
